Ardigo European Champion already? Results now out!
Tonykart.com are reporting that Marco Ardigo has done enough to secure the KF1 championship for the third year in a row, with four wins so far. The results are still not available online, but from what I can work out the podiums were:
Race 1
- Marco Ardigo (IT, Tony/Vortex/B)
- Gary Catt (GB, Tony/Vortex/B)
- Nikolaj Bollingtoft (DK, Kosmic/Vortex/B)
Race 2
- Marco Ardigo (IT, Tony/Vortex/B)
- Gary Catt (GB, Tony/Vortex/B)
- Jason Parrott (GB, Birel/Parilla/B)
Alban Varutti was third but was disqualified for binning Piccioni.
The championship top three is as follows:
- Marco Ardigo (IT, Tony/Vortex/B) 100
- Gary Catt (GB, Tony/Vortex/B) 50
- Jason Parrott (GB, Birel/Parilla/B) 46
The championship result goes on the best four scores out of six.
