Double award for KSP
The results of the first CIK photo contest were announced on Saturday 8th December when the Sporting Club of Monaco hosted the annual awards ceremony of the CIK-FIA in the presence of the six finalist photographers.
During dessert, a hostess collected ballots from the 150 guests and after a quick count the presenter announced that two photographers were very narrowly ahead of the competition, both of them from KSP.
Frederic Billet, described as a “lucky loser” took the second position, only three points behind the winner. Philippe Kalmès was called on stage to receive his: a crystal trophy and a trip to Suzuka, for the World Cup in 2008!
