Kartlink covers international kart racing and is the only British website to regularly be in the paddock at most of the World and European meetings.
It’s a common saying that “time flies when you’re having fun.” Still, it’s somewhat of a surprise that the upcoming 2008 FWT, presented by Tony Kart Florida, will represent the 10th annual edition of this “seriously fun” racing program.
In an effort to honor all the people and businesses who have been a part of the huge success of the FWT, Bill Wright of Formula Kart Productions, in conjunction with Jeff Franz of KartSport Magazine and Rob Howden of Howden Communications, will produce a FWT 10th Anniversary Commemorative Publication to be distributed during the 2008 FWT.
This superbly assembled 48-page publication will take a retrospective look at the past decade of FWT kart racing action, with detailed accounts of the champions, the teams, the privateers, and the innovators. Year-by-year reviews, archive photos, and personal stories will highlight this collector quality 10th Anniversary Commemorative Publication, as we salute the participants and supporters who’ve become the embodiment of the FWT’s commitment to “Serious fun!”
Former FWT participants are STRONGLY encouraged to send their favorite photos and/or videos and to share their stories or humorous anecdotes. It’s not necessary to write a detailed account, just give us a “feel” for your story, include your contact info, and if we like what we see, we’ll contact you for more details. All submissions should be emailed to info@formulakart.com.
The 10th Anniversary Commemorative Publication will be available at all 2008 FWT events and on-line at the official FWT web site. Contact Bill Wright at 850-258-0846 or info@formulakart.com for more information.
