Hamilton to host pre-British GP karting shootout
Cadet drivers will get a chance to impress under the glare of publicity for the British GP as Lewis Hamilton has invited the top ten in the MSA British Championship to Daytona Milton Keynes for a special event tomorrow.
Known as the McLaren-Mercedes Vodafone Karting Challenge, the drivers will race in Mclaren-Mercedes-branded European-spec Cadets, which are more powerful than the Comers, Hondas and WTPs usually raced in the UK.
The drivers are:

- Roy Johnson
- Robbie Dalgleish
- James Appleton
- Jake Dalton
- Jack Thorne
- Alex Walker
