News Roundup

  • I’m at Salbris and there are very few entries in KF1, only 32. Something needs to be done to a.) get more entries at the start of the year (anyone else remember when there was 100+?) and b.) stop people dropping out mid season. Some people are saying there should be a bigger bond, others are saying that you should be able to change equipment mid-year.
  • Bas Lammers is back! The Dutchman retired last year but it seems he can’t keep away and is entered for the KZ1 World Cup on a Topkart.
  • Mitchell Hale won the Vesuvius Cup last weekend at Sarno. I’m impressed with Hale, he only just started racing last Autumn and already he’s qualified for the European Junior Finals (also to be held at Sarno) and is winning international Trophies.
