(Calendar)
Kartlink covers international kart racing and is the only British website to regularly be in the paddock at most of the World and European meetings.
As noted in previous posts Tonykart, Birel and now CRG will compete in the WSK International Series next year, and with several date clashes that means that the FIK’s Italian/International Open Masters will be depleted of several of it’s major players.
WSK, the series operated by La Conca owner Luca de Donno, launched in 2006 and has struggled to get a KF1 entry, but in 2008 will allow drivers in the top category to use “specials” from Bridgestone, Dunlop and Vega. As several of the events will be at European and World Championship tracks, this will allow teams to get some vital testing time on tyres that are only usually distributed at the most important events.
