Kartlink covers international kart racing and is the only British website to regularly be in the paddock at most of the World and European meetings.
According to Vroom, in the 2008 series KF1 drivers will race on Bridgestone “specials” in order to give them extra preparation time for the European and World Championships, and they will also be able to test on the Monday after the event.
Another addition is that KF1 drivers will compete in a Superpole event similar to that in World Superbikes, where the top ten in timed practice will do two timed laps each and the top five drivers in the Superpole will take the top five grid positions. The other five drivers will remain in the positions they took in the original qualifying session.
