KSM launches officially and signs Carlos Sainz Jr
KSM, the Tonykart team owned by Peter Kaiser, Michael Schumacher and Thomas Muchow, launched on Saturday at Bergheim, Germany. The first driver to join is Carlos Sainz Jr who will race in KF3, and more signings are expected in both KF3 and KF2.
During the first year KSM will concentrate on the German and European Championships and then possibly add a WSK campaign in 2009, and part of Schumacher’s role will be to scout out promising drivers who don’t necessarily have a huge budget.
