In Europe, October is traditionally the month of the major international meetings of the one-make cups, a situation reinforced this year by running the Rotax Grand Final one month earlier than usual.

International Rotax and X30 organisers RGMMC have announced their tracks and some new events and classes for 2017.
The Little Green Man tracks have been announced for 2017, along with most of the dates. The Series will be visiting Nutts Corner in Northern Ireland for the first time, for a double header meeting. X30 Mini will be a support class.
Super One have announced their dates and venues for 2017, with 10 dates and Clay Pigeon back on the calendar.
Next year’s German Championship dates have been announced, including a round in Italy for the first time.
The latest Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals winners are as follows.
The CIK World Council has approved a change of the minimum age for junior international racing as year of 12th birthday (e.g. it could be from 11 years and a day) and for Seniors the year of 14th birthday (e.g. could be 13 years and a day) subject to a medical test pass, a minimum driver weight, and a letter of approval from their ASN.
Technical updates arising from the most recent ABkC steering committee meeting which will apply across the classes in 2017 to 2018.
Next year’s class technical changes have been announced by the ABkC steering group, including for Honda Cadet and Rotax. In addition it sounds like the proposed Intermediate class is being reconsidered.
