Max Mosley has confirmed that he would like to distribute half of McLaren's $100m fine for cheating to the national racing organisations to help support the careers of young drivers. So how should the ASNs distribute the money? Should it go to kart racers? Should individual drivers be given racing budgets or should existing training projects be expanded?
