The start of the third and last qualifying heat for KF1 was under a heavy grey sky, but the temperature was relatively high. Armand Convers kept his lead while Antonio Piccioni overtook Wil; Stevens on the first lap. Davide Fore edged into fourth position ahead of Michael Ryall and Jack Te Braak.
After Saturday's action at Lonato, Will Stevens and Jonathan Thonon have won a heat each while Catt has been coming through after problems in Qualifying. Super Pole winner Armand Convers was a close second to Stevens.
The third WSK round is under way at the International South Garda Circuit The usual free practice session gave the start to the mid-season’s weekend.
